Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
This Refund Policy is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of any specific outcome. Boxwood Bookkeeping LLC is not a law firm, and nothing on this page should be construed as legal counsel. Refund eligibility, amounts, and terms are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at Boxwood's sole discretion, and nothing on this page creates an automatic right to a refund. For active engagements, the refund and cancellation terms outlined in your signed Engagement Letter or Service Agreement take precedence over the general policy described here. We recommend consulting a licensed attorney with any questions regarding the enforceability of this policy in your jurisdiction.
Refund Policy - the basics
Boxwood Bookkeeping LLC stands behind the quality of the services we provide. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we encourage you to bring your concerns to our attention as soon as possible so we can work to address them.

If a resolution cannot be reached to your satisfaction, we will work in good faith toward a mutually agreeable outcome regarding payment for services already completed — which may include a partial refund, fee adjustment, or fee waiver depending on the circumstances. Refunds, if applicable, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not automatic.

Fees for services already rendered, including work completed prior to a cancellation or termination request, are non-refundable except as otherwise agreed in writing. Specific refund and cancellation terms for an active engagement are governed by the client's signed Engagement Letter or Service Agreement, which takes precedence over this general policy.
